We want you to love your Zenitha jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
If your refund has not arrived yet, please follow these steps:
• First, check your bank account again to confirm.
• Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take a few days before the refund is officially visible.
• Next, reach out to your bank since additional processing time is sometimes required before a refund is completed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@zenitha.me.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and final sale products.
